Story:

Goofy, appearing as Stupidus Ultimas, illustrates what can happen when a careless motorist ignores the state of his tires and the mechanical condition of his vehicle. Showing his audience tires blowing out and wheels coming free, Goofy clearly warns how alcohol and driving makes a dangerous condition. Dangerous, too, Goofy concludes, is staying at the wheel while fatigued.
